Material characteristics

Very high dimensional stability, minimal absorption of moisture, excellent creep behaviour, high surface hardness,  high mechanical strength and stiffness, very good sliding properties, very high wear resistance, good workability.



Application examples

Precision bearing bushes, bearings, cams, gears, springs, rollers, screws, rings, pistons, moulds, automobile articles.



Supply programme

  • Rods (bars) ivory, Ø12 to Ø180 diameter, in standard length of 3000 / 1000 mm
  • Rods (bars) black, Ø20 to Ø150 diameter, in standard length of 3000 mm (upon order)

  • Sheets (boards) ivory, 2 to 100 mm thickness, in standard sizes 2000x1000 / 3000x620 / 2000x620 mm
  • Sheets (boards) black, 10 to 100 mm thickness, in standard sizes 3000x620 / 2000x620 mm (upon order)
